About The Position

As an Artist Sourcing Specialist, your mission is to identify and recruit elite professional voice-over artists that align with our Ideal Contributor Profile. You will lead outbound efforts, balancing direct recruitment with the cultivation of a strategic "bench" of studios and agencies to ensure rapid scalability across diverse languages and categories. By blending supply intelligence with authentic community engagement, you won’t just grow our numbers, you’ll build the foundation that establishes Voices as the global leader in both licensed voice and Voice AI.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing, recruitment or community-driven growth.
  • High-level ability to prioritize leads based on strategic demand.
  • Skilled at balancing growth and quality in two-sided ecosystems.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics to refine outreach strategy.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in independent roles.
  • Proven experience engaging high-level creative professionals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach platforms.
  • International sourcing experience or multilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage premier voice-over artists aligned with our Ideal Contributor Profile.
  • Execute high-touch campaigns across LinkedIn, industry communities, and global job boards.
  • Craft compelling narratives framing the platform as the leader in licensed voice and AI.
  • Drive measurable increases in artist signups through consistent, high-volume outreach.
  • Track activity, conversion rates, and quality alignment to optimize sourcing ROI.
  • Refine targeting strategies based on real-time marketplace gaps and performance signals.
  • Partner with Marketing to lead sourcing initiatives within professional creative forums.
  • Test emerging sourcing channels and contribute data-driven insights on effectiveness.
  • Build brand authority and trust within specialized professional creative communities.
  • Maintain a structured database of global recording studios and agencies.
  • Cultivate high-trust relationships with studios while navigating representation structures.
  • Monitor studio-managed supply to ensure responsiveness to fluctuating market demand.
  • Provide leadership with regional insights to inform long-term artist strategy.
