About The Position
The role of the Independent Makeup Artist is to provide superior quality customer service to CHANEL clients. You will also provide support for events and sales at our key retailers, while keeping in mind the brand's customer service, artistic talent, image, passion, and productivity. The impact you can create at Chanel: Create a personalized experience for each client using the CHANEL experience ritual. Share beauty trends and CHANEL makeup tips and tricks with clients, to inspire and educate them. Achieve sales goals, promote cross-selling, build loyalty, recruit, and increase customer return rates. Provide a consistent and excellent customer experience across all points of sale. Educate clients on CHANEL's DNA and products.
Requirements
- Artistic experience in retail makeup
- Ability to work effectively in various points of sale
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Availability required to travel in the region
- Ability to lift and move loads of 15 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Availability to travel occasionally in Canada
- Registered company with GST/HST number (preferred)
