About The Position

To support the training, adoption, and ongoing use of Pride’s existing artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic working knowledge of Sharepoint, MS project or a similar project tracking application
  • Excellent web navigation skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with AI tools, workflow building, or process improvement methods preferred
  • Basic understanding of Lean Principles preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience using AI tools for workflow building or process improvement preferred
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI) preferred
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions focused on practical AI use
  • Conduct group trainings, onboarding sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Partner with leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives
  • Identify areas in need of process improvement
  • Stay current on AI trends, models, and regulatory considerations and translate them into actionable insights
  • Advise departments on AI adoption, tool selection, and implementation approaches
  • Guide departments in effective prompt engineering and workflow design
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documentation
  • Promote responsible and ethical AI usage
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
