About The Position

To support the training, adoption, and ongoing use of Pride’s existing artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

A strong working knowledge assessing, implementing and monitoring AI and automation
Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Basic working knowledge of Sharepoint, MS project or a similar project tracking application
Excellent web navigation skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future

Nice To Haves

Basic familiarity with AI tools, workflow building, or process improvement methods preferred
Basic understanding of Lean Principles preferred
At least 1 year of experience using AI tools for workflow building or process improvement preferred
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI) preferred
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions focused on practical AI use
Conduct group trainings, onboarding sessions, and one-on-one coaching
Partner with leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives
Identify areas in need of process improvement
Stay current on AI trends, models, and regulatory considerations and translate them into actionable insights
Advise departments on AI adoption, tool selection, and implementation approaches
Guide departments in effective prompt engineering and workflow design
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documentation
Promote responsible and ethical AI usage
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
