About The Position

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Consultant to design, develop, deploy, maintain, and improve AI and machine learning models. The consultant will analyze complex data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot AI applications, conduct experiments, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

The position is remote, with occasional travel or onsite work in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The engagement is listed as running through June 30, 2027 (approximately seven months).

Requirements

• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure Synapse, and data workflows or pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
