The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Articulation Compliance Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. Academic Operations (Office of the Registrar, Curriculum Management & University Accreditation) is a mission-critical Oregon State University unit that supports student success from admission through graduation and beyond. We safeguard institutional integrity by managing academic records, enrollment and instructional services, accreditation, and academic policies. As a trusted institutional partner, we provide expertise, resources, and systems solutions for students, faculty, and staff while upholding regulatory and accreditation standards. The Articulation Compliance Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar reports to the Sr. Assistant Registrar for Course Articulation and supports compliance processes related to the university’s transfer course articulation activities. Working closely with faculty, colleges, and departments, this position helps ensure academic and institutional integrity in transfer articulation. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as the role partners with stakeholders across OSU and with external institutions supporting and maintaining the university’s transfer course articulation program.
