Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience
- mastery of visual arts

- Experience in pottery and kiln operation
Responsibilities
- Execute a vision of excellence in visual arts, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity in all students
- Build a classroom culture that fosters students’ genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families
- Assist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed
- Use data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement
- Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growth
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educator
- Lead a strong after-school art program that furthers students' passion and skill set
