About The Position

We’re looking for an Art Producer – Live Services to help manage and deliver ongoing game art projects for our clients in North America. This role sits at the center of communication between our clients and our production team in India, ensuring work moves smoothly, deadlines are met, and expectations are clear on both sides. This is a fast-paced role focused on live service content, where priorities shift quickly, timelines are tight, and strong communication is critical. This role reports directly to the CCO and may have managerial and leadership oversight as projects require over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, art production, or outsourcing production
  • Proven experience working on live service games or high-frequency content delivery pipelines
  • Strong understanding of game art pipelines (2D, 3D, or animation)
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams, ideally across time zones, and willingness to work across multiple time zones (split shift)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with North American clients or studios
  • Background in an art outsourcing or services-based studio environment
  • Familiarity with production tools (ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Understanding of technical constraints and integration workflows in game engines

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and guidance to our production teams in India for various live services projects, ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery
  • Manage high-volume, fast-turnaround pipelines with overlapping milestones and shifting priorities
  • Assist the production team in creating and maintaining production schedules, tracking and reporting progress against deadlines and KPIs to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and analyze possible risks that may have an adverse impact on the project, develop and drive mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation of client-dependent risks to prevent negative project impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for North American clients on assigned projects
  • Ensure contracts, work orders and invoices are processed on time
  • Lead regular status updates, review meetings, and feedback loops with clarity and confidence, identifying what is going well and where improvements can be made
  • Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed on all key developments, issues and risks on a timely basis
  • Interpret client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring alignment and context
  • Manage client expectations proactively, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through reliability, transparency, and responsiveness
  • Takes the lead with other Lakshya stakeholders to address client concerns and escalations on priority
  • Able to effectively deliver and discuss difficult messages between the team and client when issues arise
  • Coordinate across production vertical teams to ensure seamless communication to the client and coordinated efforts with our team
  • Partner with internal leads in India to align priorities, workloads, and delivery strategies
  • Facilitate efficient feedback cycles between clients and production teams
  • Support continuous pipeline improvement through feedback, retrospectives, and best practices
  • Provide day-to-day direction and support to production teams, ensuring clarity and focus
  • Promote accountability, ownership, and a solutions-oriented mindset across teams
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and communication hygiene
  • Contribute to process refinement and scalable workflows for live services
