The work you do will impact beauty, as you support art direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and seasonal stories across multiple channels—from digital and social to in-store experiences. Requirements

  • 4+ years of Art Director experience in an agency or brand setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience Required.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and extensive experience in motion-led creative and paid social content for integrated campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with producers and postproduction teams.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Ability to work in an office environment 3 days a week.
  • Ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

  • Develop on-brand creative assets based on direction from the Senior Art Director, for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and concept development sessions to help shape creative direction.
  • Work with designers, writers, marketing managers, and production teams to ensure creative is accurate, timely, and aligned to the brief.
  • Review and refine work to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and excellence in execution.
  • Translate strategic briefs into innovative, presentation-ready concept decks that inspire stakeholders and align with business goals.
  • Leverage emerging tools and techniques, including AI-generated imagery and curated stock, to support content creation.
  • Contribute to production planning, advising on timelines and budget allocations to optimize resources and creative outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Writers, Designers, and partner closely with the Associate Creative Director.
  • Develop creative work based on direction from the Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director.
  • Provide strong on-set experience to support the Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director with photoshoots.
