We are on the lookout for an AI first Art Director who loves nothing more than to come up with creative ideas and explore how they can work across a wide range of platforms. Pushing the ideas & the art direction to create work that stands out from the crowd. You will be creating ideas and developing new look and feels for social, print, email, and everything in-between for various alcoholic brands across our portfolio of clients. Although you will need to be experienced across the board in idea generation and art direction, a solid understanding and desire to keep learning how to leverage AI is a must. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be joining the creative department of around 10 people and will need to feel comfortable working as part of the team.

Requirements

  • Experience concepting or creating within AI tools
  • Ability to create original, impactful and engaging ideas across social, digital and print campaigns and execute them with flair and style.
  • Love the craft of art directing across all media, with a built-in understanding of how to adapt your style to the different brands.
  • Have a genuine love for creating ideas and pushing those ideas whenever the opportunity arises.
  • An excellent team player: collaborative and adept at building relationships with everyone both internal and external.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and collaborative, with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in the Alcoholic beverage sector.
  • 6+ years of experience within creative teams and departments.

  • A solid understanding and desire to keep learning how to leverage AI is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Create integrated creative ideas across various advertising formats and develop them with a sharp art directional eye.
  • Our main disciplines are social and ecommerce but each day can bring a new format, so you must be comfortable art directing across various media.
  • Feel comfortable in elevating our art direction across all touch points.
  • Have an integrated approach when creating and building campaigns.
  • Brainstorm ideas within a creative team.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to spot wider opportunities and push the creative output of the department.
  • Work closely with the team to build out brand guidelines/look & feels for those brands.
  • Understand and develop new ideas for the brands and products we work on.
  • On site with our Clients in Lower Manhattan up to 3 days a week.
