About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, concept-driven Art Director who can bring ideas to life across social, digital, retail, and broadcast while helping shape a bold, unmistakable Wingstop visual identity. You’ll develop campaigns from the ground up and execute day-to-day creative across multiple touchpoints. You understand how ideas should flex across platforms, creator ecosystems, and social environments while remaining consistent with the brand. Working closely with copywriters, designers, content creators, and cross-functional partners, you’ll turn cultural signals—from social trends and music to sports and digital behaviors—into work that feels relevant, and elevated. The ideal candidate is equal parts thinker and maker: a strong conceptual creative and visual storyteller who is ready to design, iterate, and solve problems in real time. You’ll bring strong graphic design fundamentals and use emerging AI tools for exploration, prototyping, visualization, and execution. Ultimately, you’ll help define how Wingstop shows up across culture, platforms, and experiences as the brand continues to grow.
