We’re looking for an experienced Art Director to lead our creative vision and elevate our brand across all touch points. This role blends hands-on creativity with strategic thinking, guiding the creative team while shaping high-impact campaigns, visual systems, and brand evolution at scale.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or art direction role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign work, and brand development
  • Experience in B2C, high-scale environments or multi-brand ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of designers
  • High proficiency in design and AI tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Motion design, video, or content production experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation
  • Background in fintech, trading, or online platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high standards of design, storytelling, and execution
  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual language across digital, marketing, and product touchpoints
  • Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns across web, social, and performance channels
  • Translate business and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives and creative strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver cohesive and effective creative output
  • Develop creative briefs, set clear direction, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at high quality
  • Stay on top of trends, tools, and cultural shifts to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and differentiated
  • Continuously improve creative processes, workflows, and design standards
