We're searching for a Temporary Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. Long form content experience a must, comfortable building a long-form template in INDD.

Requirements

2 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
Long-form content experience. Must be comfortable and proficient in building a long-form template in INDD.
Figma proficiency.

Responsibilities

Create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client.
Develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
Partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.
Understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).
Present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
