About The Position

This is a 9-week, paid internship opportunity in Knoxville, TN, with a starting date of 06/16/26 and an end date of 08/14/26. The role offers a maximum of 25 hours per week at $18 per hour. Interns will work with the Creative team to contribute to the conceptual and visual development of various projects, collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to execute design direction, and create and edit digital assets for internal presentations and client deliverables. Responsibilities also include researching trends and assisting in creating mood boards, sketches, and presentation decks, along with other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field
Currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it
Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Keynote
Work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
