Requirements

4+ years of agency or in-house experience developing concepts and art directing for brand and product campaigns
Can design, art direct and articulate conceptual design decisions
Able to bring ideas to life with high-quality comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Keynote, etc)
History of self-initiated projects
Detail-focused with an eye for visual craft

Experience in pursuing emerging technologies
Fashion or Tech Marketing experience
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience creating content and campaigns on emerging platforms and formats
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Responsibilities

Art directors direct, design and conceptualize brand expressions across a variety of mediums, including mobile, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, and experiential, etc
An understanding of how art direction, design, and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Create original, breakthrough work
