About The Position
Arcetyp LLC is seeking an Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist to provide support onsite at The Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This role involves a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients, including Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. The company is looking for direct hire W2 employees only and cannot sponsor H1B visas.
Requirements
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior Government Officials.
- U.S Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Task Management Tool (TMT) and Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
- Experience preparing travel documents and managing authorizations in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience supporting Political Appointees, Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag/General Officers.
- Knowledge of Army Secretariat administrative procedures and executive support protocols.
- Ability to proactively manage taskings, logistics, and operational challenges.
