Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, Master’s degree plus 6 years of related experience, or a PhD plus 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience managing a full product portfolio with a focus on core secure networking technologies, including switching, wireless, routing, and firewalls.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-faceted, complex deal cycles and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for funnel management, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience driving account planning and identifying new consumption options across multiple architectures.
  • Security Clearance or ability to get one.

  • Strong consultative negotiation skills with the ability to balance commercial, legal, and technical requirements.
  • Deep technical comprehension of networking solutions and their long-term ROI within a customer context.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate multi-faceted, highly complex deal cycles involving C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Leverage competitive and customer data to position Cisco solutions that solve critical business challenges and increase customer loyalty.
  • Lead executive-level engagements by championing innovative strategies that facilitate business transformation and long-term value.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal completion to achieve consistent revenue goals.
  • Integrate CRM data with business intelligence tools to develop scalable frameworks that optimize the sales process and enhance forecasting accuracy.
