DMS is seeking an Armorer / Site Lead (OBMLS Specialist III/Site Lead) who will supervise and perform armory personnel duties, providing support for classroom and field laboratory instruction for U.S. Navy high-risk training evolutions. This role involves supervising and training Armorers, Armorer/EMTs, and AA&E Range Technicians, with a thorough understanding of maintenance, logistical tasks, and Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E) safety, security, and accountability regulations. The position requires managing and monitoring small arms, weapons, training facilities, and equipment maintenance, reporting on material condition and accountability, and managing ammunition and explosives. The Armorer/Site Lead will also oversee an AE qualifications and certification program, generate technical correspondence, and coordinate service contracts.
