Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain an Armed State Security License
Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company-approved driver standards
21 years of age or older
Must pass Armed training and possess a valid pistol permit
Ability to work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments
Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Remain calm and decisive in critical situations
Comfortable using technology
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement
Alabama Security Regulatory Board License, preferred
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)
Pistol Permit

Nice To Haves

1+ year supervisory and customer service experience
Associate’s degree or higher
Verifiable management experience

Responsibilities

Oversees daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
Supervises security officers, enforces company and client policies, and serves as the primary site contact for client concerns and incident response.
Conduct routine walking patrols to identify and address security risks.
Monitor access points and verify credentials.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to protocol.
Enforce Security Post Instructions, company, and client policies.
Lock/unlock facilities, operate security systems, and monitor surveillance.
Address policy violations (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking).
Maintain accurate activity and incident logs.
Communicate effectively with officers, clients, and management.
Maintain a professional appearance in a clean, pressed uniform.
Provide guidance and directions to security officers.
Ensure adherence to security procedures and customer service standards.
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
Serve as primary contact for client issues and escalations.
Review incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
Support onboarding and training of new personnel.
