About The Position
We are seeking Armed Security Officers for a STANDING position. The standing armed security officer will act as a presence inside the facility during business hours and be prepared to provide immediate assistance and/or de-escalation. The security agent will also notify local law enforcement should a response be necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Must have valid St. Louis Armed Security License.
- Must possess a firearm.
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide a visible armed presence to deter threats.
- Remain alert to potential risks and respond appropriately to incidents.
- Maintain professional communication with store staff and customers.
- Report all incidents to Site Supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and state regulations.
