About The Position

Patrol Solutions is hiring a full-time Armed Security Officer to provide overnight security at a county yard and at sites in Pacoima and South Los Angeles, California. The position pays $20.50–$21.00 per hour depending on certifications, with pay twice monthly. Applicants must be able to travel to both locations; the role is suited to applicants in or near Hollywood, Studio City, and surrounding areas. Available schedules include Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. in Pacoima, and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., plus Sunday, 12:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. in South Los Angeles. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old; be at least 21 to carry a firearm under California law.
Hold a valid California BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
Have a baton permit, pepper spray certification, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Provide your own duty firearm, baton, and pepper spray; the company does not provide them.
Hold a valid California driver's license with a clean three-year driving record.
Have reliable transportation to both Pacoima, CA, and South Los Angeles, CA.
Be able to write clear reports in English and use a smartphone for daily activity reports.
