Licensing: The candidate must possess a valid and current Armed Guard Card. Experience: The candidate must meet one of the following criteria: Prior Military service (Honorable Discharge). Prior Law Enforcement experience. A minimum of two (2) years of documented experience as a licensed Armed Guard. Age: The candidate must be at least 25 years of age (this is required for insurance and compliance purposes). Documentation: The candidate must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security operations and a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to potential threats.

Requirements

Possession of a valid and current Armed Guard Card.
Honorable discharge from Military service, prior Law Enforcement experience, or a minimum of two (2) years of documented experience as a licensed Armed Guard.
Minimum age of 25 years (required for insurance and compliance purposes).
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Strong observational and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
Respond swiftly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminal activity.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Document and report incidents or security breaches in a timely manner.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
