About The Position
Securitas is looking for a highly qualified ARMED Security Officer to work Full-Time in Burlington, VT. Our ideal candidate is former/current military, former law enforcement or former/current security professional. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements
- 21 years of age minimum to receive an armed license
- Valid Driver's License
- MUST be a citizen of the United States
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to pass an onboarding check and drug screen
- Ability to pass PSR test (personality assessment)
- Ability to pass pistol qualification
- Competency with a handgun, shotgun, baton, handcuffs and use of force is necessary.
