Requirements

Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Utah Armed Security Officer License
Must be eligible to obtain or maintain a Utah Concealed Carry Permit
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate professional judgement and decision-making ability
Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
Must be able to climb stairs and remain alert during extended shifts
Must maintain professional grooming and appearance standards
Must demonstrate reliability, discipline, and a strong work ethic
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

Conducting patrols and maintaining a visible professional security presence
Monitoring access points and controlling entry when necessary

Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when interacting with the public
Operating within company policies, client expectations, and applicable state regulations
Demonstrating sound judgment in both routine and high-pressure situations
