About The Position

As a Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver in Corsicana, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including preparing accurate incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor high-traffic areas and support loss prevention and other security-related concerns by reporting suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, and/or hazards to site contacts and local authorities when appropriate.
• Assist with security-related presence during opening, closing, cash movement support, and/or special retail activity while maintaining professional interaction with the public and store personnel.
