As an Armed Security Officer Patrol Customer Service in Corinne, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, operate a vehicle as part of assigned duties, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access control points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related events for site management and Allied Universal leadership.
