As a Armed Security Officer Elite Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Requirements

Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and incidents according to site procedures.
Maintain required documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports, while following all applicable armed post procedures.
