About The Position

Sentry Force Security is seeking professional, dependable, and licensed Armed Security Officers to provide a safe and secure environment at Butler Place Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas. We are looking for officers who are alert, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining a strong security presence.

Requirements

Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License (Armed).
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous apartment, residential, or public housing security experience.
Military or law enforcement background.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Conduct foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property.
Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and common spaces.
Prevent trespassing, vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity.
Respond quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
Work closely with property management and local law enforcement when necessary.
Enforce property rules while providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
