The Armored Security - Cash Transport role, specifically as a Driver/Messenger, involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables. This position requires individuals to be comfortable with heavy lifting and to interact professionally with customers, issuing and receiving confirmation receipts for transfers. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and security, requiring adherence to the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions and constant vigilance for the protection of customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of relevant licenses for the area.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio
• Willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50lbs+)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of valuables
• Act in a professional manner and interact with customers to develop rapport
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer
• Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
• Be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community
• Have and maintain the necessary licenses for your area to work as an armored truck driver/messenger
