The Armored Truck Driver/Messenger role is for individuals over 21 who thrive in fast-paced environments and seek challenges. This position is crucial for the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring physical strength for heavy lifting. Professionals in this role are expected to maintain high standards of customer service, interacting professionally with clients and verifying transfers with confirmation receipts. Emphasizing safety and security, the role demands adherence to strict driver safety protocols in all weather conditions and constant vigilance for the well-being of customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of relevant state licenses.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
• Strong customer service skills
• Can communicate effectively in person and by radio
• Willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
• Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of valuables
• Be comfortable with heavy lifting
• Act in a professional manner and interact with customers to develop rapport
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer
• Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
• Be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community
• Have and maintain the necessary licenses for your area to work as an armored truck driver/messenger
