The role of an armored truck Driver/Messenger involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables and requires comfort with heavy lifting. The individual is expected to act professionally, interact with customers to build rapport, and manage confirmation receipts for transfers. Safety and security are paramount, requiring adherence to the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions and constant vigilance for customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of required licenses for the area.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio
• Willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
• Comfortable with heavy lifting (50lbs+)

• Safely and efficiently transport valuables

• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer
• Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
