Requirements

• Active Tennessee Armed Security License.
• Dallas Law Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous armed security experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Active Shooter Certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Experience with access control systems and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the school.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor access.
• Conduct routine campus patrols.
• Respond quickly and professionally to security concerns or emergencies.
• Use conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques whenever appropriate.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Collaborate with school administration, local law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Enforce security procedures while providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff, and guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Extrity Services with integrity.
