About The Position
KRE Security, LLC is hiring one Certified ACT 235 Armed Security Officer for a full-time School Security position in Carbon County. This role offers a stable weekday schedule in a professional school environment. Immediate start is possible once clearances are confirmed. The position involves maintaining an armed security presence on school grounds, monitoring entrances and access points, responding to incidents, completing reports, and coordinating with administration and local law enforcement.
Requirements
- ACT 235 Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass PA State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances
- Act 67 (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Maintain armed security presence on school grounds
- Monitor entrances, hallways, and access points
- Respond to incidents and safety concerns
- Complete reports and daily activity logs
- Coordinate with administration and local law enforcement
