About The Position

Extrity Services is seeking both Armed Security Professionals and Unarmed Security Professionals to support security operations at a luxury resort property and special events in Franklin, TN. Armed Security Professionals will provide ongoing site security, patrols, access control, and incident response. Unarmed Security Professionals will support event-only coverage assignments, assisting with guest safety, access control, crowd management, and customer service.

Requirements

Active and clear Tennessee Armed or Unarmed Security License (required).
Valid Driver's License (required).
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and special events as assigned.
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.

Nice To Haves

Previous security, military, law enforcement, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and report-writing abilities.
Understanding of access control and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

Conduct patrols and security checks to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while enforcing access control procedures.
Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts professionally and safely.
Maintain accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
Provide outstanding customer service to guests, visitors, clients, and staff.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
Ensure security equipment is functioning properly and report deficiencies.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned shifts and events.
