The Armed Account Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and operational effectiveness of the security program at the assigned client location in Fountain Valley, CA. This position serves as the primary point of contact for client relations, security operations, personnel management, compliance, training, and emergency response coordination.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of security operations and contract security management.
  • Leadership experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive security leadership or operations management experience.
  • Military, law enforcement, or security management experience strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily security operations and administrative functions for the assigned account.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance.
  • Oversee employee scheduling, staffing, training, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate emergency response activities and critical incident management.
  • Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports for management and clients.
  • Promote professionalism, accountability, safety, and customer service.
  • Remain available to respond to operational emergencies as required.
