The Area Vice President Community Development provides leadership and coordination of company access and development functions in assigned locations. This position will develop and implement community engagement strategies that will help further the Bristol Hospice mission. The Area VP Community Development will monitor and analyze location development activity through the development of reports against established goals. This position will be responsible for the development of people in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources within the Community that Bristol Hospice serves. The Area Vice President Community Development will be responsible for the development of front-line staff in responding to customer and Community needs regarding Community education as it relates to the hospice philosophy of care and delivery of services.
