Precision IO Group, formed by the merger of Quantum Surgical and NeuWave Medical, is a leader in interventional oncology, focusing on minimally invasive cancer treatments. The group integrates robotics, AI, and remote capabilities to advance tumor ablation and interventional oncology. The Area Vice President (AVP) will lead the commercial organization in their designated area to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer success goals. This role involves managing enterprise-level relationships, developing regional strategies, and ensuring effective field execution. The AVP will be responsible for Capital Equipment Expansion, pipeline development, stakeholder alignment, and contracting. They will also lead new product launches, coordinate cross-functional efforts for disciplined launch planning, training, and adoption. Prioritizing opportunities and managing resources for maximum growth will be key. The AVP will directly lead Strategic Accounts and Account Management teams, ensuring customer plans are developed, executed, and measured. Additionally, they will lead and develop the Clinical Specialists team to ensure consistent clinical support, on-site execution, and customer education aligned with regional objectives.
