About The Position

We’re looking for an AVP to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing financial activities of the Shared Services and partner across Enterprise Finance. This role requires strong leadership skills as it will oversee a team of finance professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial health of the organization. You'll have the opportunity to: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the continued maturation of the SCBU FP&A capability, including standardization of processes and deliverables, enhancement of consultative practices, and advancement of visualization and communication techniques to improve decision quality. This will also include oversight of the SCBU FP&A operating model, including workforce strategy, role clarity, and deployment of global delivery resources, to ensure efficient, scalable, and high‑quality delivery of FP&A services. Provide leadership over an FP&A capability supporting Service Center Business Units (SCBUs) and Enterprise, encompassing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and consultative engagement to enable strategy‑aligned financial decisions within the context of total company financial performance. Lead enterprise value realization efforts by defining standards for financial benefits, measurement approaches, cross-functional ways-of-working and governance to ensure transformation and efficiency initiatives translate into realized financial outcomes aligned with strategic priorities. Champion the effective use of tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, consistency, and insight generation across the enterprise FP&A function. Develop financial plans and strategies to support the organization's long-term goals. This may include financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and analysis of financial data. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, such as evaluating investment opportunities, assessing financial performance and providing recommendations to senior management. Serve as a strategic finance partner to business and enterprise leaders by delivering insights, scenarios, and trade‑off analysis that inform strategic and operational decisions. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Participate in strategic planning activities to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into the organization's overall strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, actuarial or related field and 10+ years relevant experience required.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, oral and written communication, listening, presentation, analytical, leadership, accuracy and detail orientation, time management, decision-making skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Post-graduate study resulting in MBA, CPA and/or CFA designation preferred
  • Basic knowledge of company products
