About The Position

OSL Retail Services is hiring an Area/Territory Sales Lead for an existing vacancy on its sales team. The role supports approximately four Walmart Wireless locations and serves as a key store-level resource for sales and client relationships. The Sales Lead works across multiple locations to achieve sales goals, improve profitability, and provide excellent customer experiences. The position requires staying current on product knowledge and collaborating with customers and team members.

Requirements

2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
A proven track record in sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
A personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.

Nice To Haves

Retail or outside sales experience such as door-to-door, solar, kiosk, or brand ambassador work.
