About The Position

Provide initial and direct technical support in the use of campus software and hardware, which includes but is not limited to: printers, audio/visual equipment, computers and laptops, iOS devices, Chromebooks, etc. Frisco ISD is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment that honors and supports the social and emotional well-being of all. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technology-related issues
  • Ability to work closely with students, teachers, librarians, digital learning coaches, and administrators
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic campus technical support with hardware and software issues.
  • Support multiple campuses with technical support by driving between campuses during the work day.
  • Complete help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Reimage workstations and laptops as required.
  • Monitor and maintain campus printers including the use of toner and report when supplies need to be ordered.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining campuses’ technology inventory database in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the maintenance of electronic records and databases.
  • Coordinate and participate in the delivery and setup of equipment.
  • Follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Frisco ISD and follow directives from superiors.
