About The Position

As an Area Manager you will lead a team of mobile Cleaners who are responsible for servicing a number of bank branches in the Montreal area. You will be the face of the company and as such you will be responsible for maintain positive client relationships, adding new services, and if needed resolving operational performance issues. As a leader you will be responsible for providing vision, direction, and technical expertise to members of your team.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years direct leadership experience
At least 2 years leading teams in multiple locations
Valid Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
You speak English and/or French
Intermediate skills with Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communications and presentation skills (oral and written)
Ability to maintain excellent relations with stakeholders – Client, customers and Dexterra People
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organization skills
Excellent leadership, coaching and supervisory skills

Nice To Haves

An ideal candidate has cleaning or contract services experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe and effective delivery of services outlined in the contract
Ensuring your regional lives up to financial and service performance metrics. This include, but is not limited to, managing the regions’ P&L and budget and operational service level agreements
Be a visible leader in the field by regularly visiting client locations and inspiring your team
Identifies new opportunities to market and sell new products and services to existing clients
