Taziki's Mediterranean Café is looking for an experienced Operations & Development Supervisor to lead multiple restaurant locations, develop exceptional leaders, and drive operational excellence. This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who is passionate about coaching General Managers, developing talent, improving financial performance, and ensuring every guest experiences the hospitality that makes Taziki's special. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
  • Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong financial and P&L knowledge.
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Alcohol service certification where required.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the market.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach General Managers across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and operational performance.
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and develop restaurant management talent.
  • Build succession plans and develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship.
  • Conduct restaurant evaluations, operational audits, and follow-up action plans.
  • Partner with HR and Field Training to support employee development and performance.
  • Support Manager-in-Training (MIT) development and certification.
  • Review labor scheduling, inventory, Flash P&Ls, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Community Sales Ambassadors and local leadership to grow sales and community engagement.
  • Help prepare restaurants for new store openings and Certified Training Store designation.
