About The Position

This is a working supervisor position responsible for managing on-site Truck Wash staff and surrounding sites in the Salt Lake City area. The role involves multi-site management, including traveling to Salt Lake sites and occasional out-of-town/overnight travel for coverage and training. The supervisor will oversee 5-10 workers, resolve customer issues, plan work schedules, promote a safe work environment, maintain records, and work with the Regional Manager to ensure quality standards. Specific truck wash responsibilities include driving trucks to the wash station, wiping down and sanitizing high-touch areas, and scrubbing the exterior with soap and water. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for the entire shift. A reliable transportation and strong attendance record are also required.

Requirements

Current supervisor/management experience
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required

Responsibilities

Supervision of on-site Truck Wash staff and surrounding sites in Salt Lake City area
Traveling to both Salt Lake sites required
Occasional out of town/overnight travel required for coverage and training. EX: Vernal UT, Elko NV
Overseeing about 5-10 workers
Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Helping plan and prepare work schedules
Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
Maintaining accurate records
Working with Regional Manager to ensure quality standards are met
Drive trucks to wash station as needed
Wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck
Hose down and scrub outside with soap and water
Other job duties as needed
