About The Position

In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets.

Requirements

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
  • Owns safe execution of work in their area—deep, practical knowledge of means and methods, sequencing, temporary works, and trade interfaces, with zero tolerance for uncontrolled conditions.
  • Plans and drives work using AWP principles—turns engineering and procurement inputs into executable weekly and daily plans, manages constraints, and maintains crew-level productivity.
  • Leads multi-trade field teams—sets clear expectations, holds foremen accountable, resolves conflicts fast, and builds bench strength through coaching and development.
  • Controls the job—understands cost, schedule, and quality drivers in their area, anticipates risk, and takes corrective action before impacts hit the critical path.
  • Communicates with precision—translates field reality into clear status, escalations, and decisions for project leadership, engineering, safety, and client stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred.
  • Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and directs craft activities, subordinate superintendents, and others, as assigned.
  • Determines workforce requirements.
  • Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, craft personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast.
  • Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
  • Prepares Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
  • Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance are in compliance with specifications.
  • Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures, and instructions within assigned operations.
  • Monitors work activities and ensures the quality of work performed.
  • Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
  • Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
