The incumbent in this role will report to the Senior Director of Security and Aviation within the Corporate Security Department. This position is based in our Juno Beach corporate office location and occasional travel will be required as assignments may occur anywhere within the NextEra Energy, Inc. service territories. Requirements

• Report to the Senior Director of Security and Aviation within the Corporate Security Department
• Based in Juno Beach corporate office location
• Occasional travel required
• Travel to locations throughout the state of Florida (estimated 25% of the time)
• Support FPL Storm restoration efforts
• Perform NERC CIP Facility Service Reviews

Responsibilities

• Conducts and manages investigations in support of asset protection and safe and secure workplace policies
• Develops and conducts security training and awareness for employees and makes presentations to senior management on the strategic direction of security program
• Position requires frequent travel to locations throughout the state of Florida. Estimate percentage of travel is 25% of the time
• Support FPL Storm restoration efforts
• Perform NERC CIP Facility Service Reviews
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
