The Area Schedule Lead will provide leadership support for North America Mega Campus Schedule Execution & Operations. This role serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for scheduling within their assigned area, supporting the Schedule Contingent Worker (CW) team and ensuring high-quality project schedule reporting. The Area Schedule Lead will collaborate with the Contingent Workforce (CW) Schedule team and Project Controls Analysts on their assigned campus to review and approve General Contractor (GC) and Trade Partner (TP) Baseline schedules, manage monthly schedule deliverables, oversee commercial accountability, update End to End (E2E) Schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), report on commercial project health, and mentor project CW schedulers. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving all Extension of Time (EOT) requests, assisting the Area Manager and Area Cost Lead with schedule-related changes, and proactively identifying schedule-related risks. The position is also responsible for reviewing all schedule reporting, ensuring risks are identified and communicated to the Area Manager and the Capacity Planning process. This role requires close collaboration with the Design, Engineering, & Construction (DEC) Business Controls team and various internal departments such as Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering.
