Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivation and a competitive mindset.
  • Confidence speaking with new people.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, telecommunications, hospitality, door-to-door sales, or business development is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Meet with homeowners and business owners to evaluate their security needs.
  • Present customized CCTV, alarm, and smart security solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and close new business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with company-provided leads when available.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the company CRM.
  • Stay current on security technology and product offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
