About The Position

Lobel Financial is seeking highly motivated Area Sales Managers to join their team. This role involves managing a specific geographic area, fostering strong relationships with automotive dealers, and driving substantial sales growth. The primary objective is to influence auto dealers to submit retail auto loan applications and ensure they consistently meet Lobel Financials' performance standards. The company has over 40 years of experience in full spectrum automotive lending and partners with dealers nationwide to provide auto loans.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in automotive finance or subprime finance sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a dealer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with dealer's clients and prospects alike.
  • Previous experience delivering positive outcomes in a subprime auto finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers to enhance collaboration and increase profitability.
  • Actively seek and onboard new dealerships to expand Lobel Financials' reach and market presence.
  • Communicate the value of Lobel financials' products and services effectively, providing outstanding support to dealer accounts.
  • Strategically plan and organize daily activities to maximize potential selling opportunities and generate revenue.
  • Educate assigned dealers on Lobel Financials' program offerings to ensure effective platform utilization.
  • Travel extensively to engage with dealerships and build relationships.
