About The Position

Capital Equipment medical device sales for a market leader in the space. Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point, for the premium brand market leader. Field based, not "on call". OTE $230K.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 full Years of Outside Sales Experience
  • Experience in B2B high volume / daily activity
  • Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company)
  • Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)

Nice To Haves

  • Capital Equipment Sales a plus
  • Understand of capital financing helpful

Responsibilities

  • Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point.
  • High daily activity including cold calling.
  • Consultative sales approach to create value for customers.
  • Achieve sales objectives by creating value for customers.

Benefits

  • $70-80K base plus commissions on capital equipment sales
  • $5K commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6
  • Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)
  • On Target Earnings: $230K
  • Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parking
