Area Sales Manager (Carolinas)

About The Position

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for lead generation through Cutera’s validated sales methodology, aiming to build brand dedication across all innovative products and technologies. This role involves driving the success and growth of the assigned sales territory by developing prospective new customers and nurturing existing relationships to expand sales. The manager will educate and demonstrate Cutera’s products, detailing their indications, efficacy, safety, and how they will improve clients’ and their customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business.
  • Detailed successful sales track record required.
  • Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments.
  • Must reside in the North or South Carolina regions.
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results.
  • Educate and demonstrate Cutera’s products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients’ needs and that of their customers.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
