About The Position

We partner with auto dealers nationwide to deliver competitive loan programs that help families achieve vehicle ownership while driving dealer success. At Lobel our Area Sales Managers are focused on building strong dealer relationships, driving loan application volume, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
  • Results-driven with a focus on growth and revenue
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales goals within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong dealer partnerships
  • Prospect and onboard new dealerships
  • Promote Lobel's products and deliver excellent service
  • Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively
  • Train dealers on the DealWriter program
  • Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships
